Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Who we are

radarzon ("we", "us") provides an Amazon keyword rank tracking service consisting of a web application at radarzon.com and a Chrome browser extension. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to operate the service:

  • Account email: used to create and secure your account.
  • License key: generated for your account and used to authenticate the Chrome extension.
  • Daily usage counts: the number of keyword queries you run per day, used to enforce plan limits.

We do not collect payment card details directly; if paid plans are active, payments are handled by a dedicated payment processor.

3. What the Chrome extension does

The radarzon Chrome extension queries publicly available Amazon search results for the ASINs and keywords you enter, directly from your own browser. The extension:

  • does not collect your browsing history;
  • does not access your Amazon account data;
  • does not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Where your data is stored

Account, license and usage data are stored securely on Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Data is retained for as long as your account is active; you can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use only session cookies, which are required to keep you signed in to your dashboard. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Deleting your account removes your license key and usage records.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
